The Problem
While working at the hospital, my brother noticed time was wasted relaying information to reach the correct radiology departments. We researched current protocols and developed an information architecture to explore feasible, cost-effective solutions.
The Solution
We developed a concept for a web and companion app that enhanced existing chat systems using a phone tree structure to streamline communication. The idea was pitched to hospital administration, and a similar in-house application is now in development.
